Not just another butt to wipe

Candice and I are now home and have been for a few days. I have been on vacation from the church, and I have be loving every minute of being with my newborn son. I don't know if everything has hit me yet as far as actually being a dad, but I am sitting here watching the 12 o'clock news and have this overwhelming feeling of protection. Story after story someone is killed or arrested. I pray that I can provide a safe home.
